PS ball - (Precious Slag Ball) is an Environment Friendly Cleaning & Blasting
Abrasive which is produced by super cooling method of molten slag and in the
same time transforming it into stable Spinel Structure.
• PS Balls are non-toxic in nature
• Prevents the causes for pollution
• It can withstand on Anti-weathering conditions
• Highly efficient abrasive and reduces the consumption rate as well as increases
the productivity
• It can be recycled up to 3-4 times
• Maintaining low dust level and chloride content about <10ppm

Rust Grade A
Steel with the milscale layer intact
and very minor, or no rusting.
WHITE & BROWN ALUMINIUM OXIDE
• Hardness & Strength
• Angular shape and durability
• Removes contaminants, cleaning, descaling, coating, etching
• Surface preparation of ferrous & non--ferrous metallic parts, painting,
anodizing and powder coating

PLATINUM MINERAL SLAG
Rust Grade B
Steel with spreading surface rust,
and the milscale commenced taking.
Rust Grade C
Rusty steel with the milscale layer
flaked and loose, or lost but only
minor occurrence of pitting.
Rust Grade D
Very rusty steel with the milscale
layer all rusted and extensive
occurrence of pitting.
Blast Class 1
Very light, whip over blast clean with
removal of loose surface contaminants.
Platinum Slag is a specially selected and graded mineral slag with sharp
angular particles, black in colour and particularly resistant to fracturing on
impact. Widely used in Ship yards, stel construction and oil rigs.
Advantages:
Blast Class 2
Substantial blast clean with wide
spread, visible contaminant removal
and base metal colour appearing.
• Meets international safety regulations and may be disposed of in
non--hazardous
Blast Class 2.5
Intense blast clean leaving shaded
grey metal with only tiny, isolated
strips of visible contaminants.
• Waste dumping sites unless contaminated with other hazardous materials
• Particularly resistant to fracturing on impact
