Contest Rules, Consent & Privacy Policy
!Contest Entry:
!To enter no purchase or obligation is necessary. This contest is void where prohibited.
Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement of and acceptance of all Official
Rules. The contest is presented by the Missouri & Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic(s) in
conjunction with the (Sponsor). The submission period commences on (date to be specified)
and ends at 11:59pm CST on (date to be specified).
!By submitting a video to this contest, each participant automatically confers on the Missouri
& Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic and (Sponsor) an irrevocable, nonexclusive and
unrestricted license to use the video for any purpose deemed appropriate. This includes the
right to copy, reproduce, display, or distribute the video, and to make derivative works based
upon the video or a substantial portion of it without attribution or prior permission. All
entries become property of the Missouri & Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic and (Sponsor)
and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries are limited to one (1) per person.
!Eligibility:
!This contest is open to anyone (male or female). Contestants who are related to employees,
officers, board members, contractors, and consultants of the Missouri & Southwest Airlines
State Fair Classic, companies awarding prizes, or their immediate family members, are
ineligible to participate in this contest.
!How to Participate:
!Participants will be required to submit a video that visually documents the Nae Nae Dance.
!Videos must:
!
be one continuous video shot (no cut away or edits)
not exceed 60 seconds
must be appropriate for all ages (no cursing, no gang signs, appropriate dress)
must be done in front of a (Sponsor Venue)
not contain more than 10 participants
use the official Nae Nae song

Note: Winners will be notified by email and are responsible for getting to the game.

Submission Guidelines:
!Finished videos should be posted on the Official Nae Nae Dance Web page linked to the
Missouri & Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic websites.

Additional Conditions
!By submitting an entry, contestant warrants that he/she is the sole author and copyright
owner of entry or has permission (via license or otherwise) to use or incorporate those entry
portions authored or owned by third parties. Videos may not have been entered into any
other contest or won any other award. Use of images, music, and other works in the public
domain may be incorporated into videos. However, materials that infringe on the rights of any
third party may not be used unless consent has been obtained. The Video must not contain
brand names or trademarks The Video must not contain material that is inappropriate,
indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; The Video must not contain
material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or
promotes discrimination based on age, disability, gender, nationality, race, religion, or sexual
orientation; and The Video must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or
contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Video is created. The Missouri &
Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic are not responsible for late, misdirected, incomplete,
illegible or unintelligible entries.
!Prizes:
!Prizes will be awarded to all finalists. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal
or greater value. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries
received.
!Disclaimer: All Cash Prizes will be provided by ALW Entertainment and made payable to
winner.
!Judging Process:
!After submission, all videos will be reviewed to ensure they meet the criteria specified in the
Submission Guidelines section above. Once posted, winners will selected based on the number
of “Likes” received. Finalists will then be notified and expected to participate in the finalist
competition to be held at either Arrowhead Stadium (Missouri Classic) or Cotton Bowl Stadium
(Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic).
!Limitation of Liability:
!By entering, contestant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Missouri & Southwest
Airlines State Fair Classics and (Sponsor) against any and all liability, damages, or causes of
action, with respect to or arising out of contestant’s participation in the contest.
!Privacy:
!The Missouri & Southwest Airlines State Fair Classic and (Sponsor) respect your privacy and
have therefore established guidelines. Any personal information collected by virtue of
participation in this contest will not be sold, traded or in any way made available to any third
party entity.
