This completes the divestment of tenements with the Company retaining the
recently granted Prospecting Licence 18956-HQ-LPL.
EXPLORATION
Prospecting Licence 18956-HQ-LPL
During the quarter, the Company received the consent from the Chief of the
traditional local authority to the grant of Prospecting Licence 18956-HQ-LPL. A
survey and demarcation exercise was undertaken and pegging was completed
for the licence area. An Environmental Project Brief was completed to be
submitted to the Zambia Environmental Management Agency for approval.
These are all requirements of the conditions of grant of the licence by the
Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development, Zambia.

As at 30 September 2014, the Company had A$3.18 m in cash and equivalents.
PLANNED ACTIVITIES SEPTEMBER 2014 QUARTER
During the December Quarter, the Company will continue with the structural wind down in Zambia and
holding company activities in Mauritius.
