2014 amending some provisions of the decision n°
252/2013/ACM/DG dated 26th April 2013 on the
approval of the rates of the aeronautical security
charges applicable to eight international airports
in Madagascar:

La présente Décision a pour objet de modifier
comme suit certaines dispositions de l’article 2 de
la décision n°252/2013/ACM/DG du 26 Avril
2013 modifiée par la Décision n°416 ACM/DG
du 31 Octobre 2013 :
This Decision seeks to amend some provisions of
Article 2 of Decision No. 252/2013/ACM/DG dated
26th April 2013 as amended by Decision No 416
ACM / DG dated 31st October 2013:

applicables à partir du 01er Mars 2014.
These new rates of security charges for departing
passengers shall apply from 1st March 2014.

Toutes dispositions antérieures contraires à la
présente Décision sont et demeurent abrogées,
notamment
celles
de
la
Décision
252/2013/ACM/DG du 26 Avril 2013 modifié
par la Décision n°416 ACM/DG du 31 Octobre
2013 et de la Décision n°398 ACM/DG du 28
Octobre 2013.
All previous provisions contrary to this Decision
are hereby repealed, including those of the
Decision No. 252/2013/ACM/DG dated 26th April
2013 as amended by Decision No 416 ACM / DG
dated 31st October 2013 and Decision No 398
ACM / DG dated 28th October 2013.
