CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Auctioneers shall regulate the bidding and no bidding shall be
retracted.
The highest approved bidder shall be the purchaser and on the fall of the
hammer the contract of sale is complete and the lot is at the buyer’s risk.
Every care has been taken in the preparation of this catalogue, but all
lots shall be taken with all faults and errors of any description.
All lots must be paid for at the end of the sale.
