CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: R 297 705.00 – R 676 833.00 p.a.

Requirements: •An appropriate recognized Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
qualification packed by a professional qualification in Education,plus at
least five year’s relevant experience as well as two year’s E-Learning
management experience •Sound knowledge of FETC Act, PFMA and all
other related education and training legislation •Extensive knowledge and
understanding of the FET College sector •Sound knowledge of financial
management, project management and HR development strategies •Strong
interpersonal, communication, motivational, negotiation and problem solving
skills •Well-developed leadership, organizational, planning and management
skills •Sound administrative and report writing skills •Sound knowledge
of the technical aspects regarding networks and design of Instructional,
Website and Learner Management systems •Promote innovation in the use
of E-learning to benefit learning, teaching and research throughout the curriculum
•Enable and support all staff in the training and curriculum changes needed
to utilize new technologies and learning materials •Registration with SACE •A
valid driver’s license (code 08).
LECTURERS
Salary: R 150 375.00 – R 335 472.00 p.a.
Requirements: •An appropriate recognised Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent qualification in the relevant field is required (REQV 13)
•Knowledge of theory and Practical in the relevant field •Sound
communication skills •Lecturing experience and assessor training
•Practical training in specific aspects of the subjects as well as the
ability to do practical training will be an added advantage •Computer
literacy •SACE registration •Valid driver’s license.
Key Performance Areas: •Assist with recruitment of students and
manage their induction, attendance records, performance assessment,
determine training needs, discipline and placement •Lecture specified
