Upon receipt of an acceptable SBLC from the Buyers bank to the Seller’s finance company’s bank, Seller’s finance company’s bank shall issue a Performance Bond valued at 2% (two percent) of the face value of the SBLC in the form of a bank guarantee or stand‐by letter of credit. 9. First shipment shall commence and shall be completed within 25 days from receipt of the SBLC from the Buyer to the Seller’s finance company’s bank. The Seller shall submit full set of shipping documents for each shipload, to be submitted within two (2) business days from completion of loading. Upon receipt of shipping documents, Buyer shall pay for the quantity shipped by wire‐ transfer to Seller’s designated bank account (NON‐NEGOTIABLE): NOTE: This Offer is for a Production Contract. This means that the product is not being sold on Spot and is not lift‐able. Therefore, POP does not exist until the product is delivered from Refinery for shipping. However, Buyer can obtain verification of Seller’s unblemished record regarding its past fuel sales from Seller’s insurance companies (including Lloyds of London) as well as reference from past clients. Please Note: With regard to MAZUT M100‐75/GOST 10585‐75. The GOST number 10585‐75 was replaced in the Russian Industry Standards and Technical Regulations Catalog, #75.160.20 on October 20, 2005, with the GOST number 10585‐99. There is only one Mazut M100 product, and that is M100/99 GOST number 10585‐99. M100 is however graded according to its percentage of mass fraction sulfur content. The grades are 1 through 7, with 1 being the lowest sulfur content of less than 0.5%, and 7 being the highest sulfur content at 3.5%.
