In many previous lives and in this,
Much merit has been accumulated.
That merit with all living beings we now share,
Both celestial and human, and everywhere.
May they all truly rejoice in our good deeds;
And, then the benefit s of our merits,
May each and every one of them equally receive.

Be Heedful
Together and in unity,
Generosity has been performed;
Holy moral codes observed;
And, meditative minds cultivated.
These maybe shared by one and all;
But, taken away by none.
Let them be sustained through mindfulness,
And, also securely deposited in our hearts,
Until nirvana,
That is liberation and peace.
