DR. MANISH SHAH Managing Director
Dr. Shah is a civil engineer and MBA by qualification. He is a renowned educationist, with an extensive
experience of more than 12 years. He has established postgraduate degree colleges in Management
Studies (MBA), Education (B.Ed.), Pharmacy (M.Pharm), and polytechnic degree colleges in Pharmacy,
Engineering, and Physiotherapy. Under his visionary leadership and adept management, these institutions
have become preferred centres of education in Gujarat.

Mr. Kailash Agrawal has more than five years of experience as a Municipal Corporator and over a decade of
experience as a real estate developer. His rich and varied experience brings to the table excellent
management skills and thorough professionalism.
NEOTECH GOVERNING BODY
'Neotech Governing Body' is the supreme body of the institute, administering all the academic, business, and
student issues. The Governing Council includes the Principal, Heads of Departments, and representatives of the
Board of Trustees. Students' representatives are appointed to the governing body, assisted by faculty members. The
Principal is the top authority supervising the management affairs of the Institute, while a Senior Management Group
assists the Principal in taking critical decisions.

The NTC Library is well-stocked with a wide ranging
collection of books, periodicals, reference volumes,
theses and project reports. We subscribe to reputed
online journals, magazines and contemporary research
papers to keep our students updated and well informed.
The entire library is integrated with an automated
system for easy and organized functioning.
At NTC, we are committed to the philosophy that social,
cultural, and recreational activities are an important part
of all educational experience. We believe that
participation and team spirit goes beyond classroom
education. The institute organizes an annual cultural
program, NEOFEST, which includes many co-curricular
activities to give students an opportunity to identify,
develop, and articulate skills they have acquired in
classrooms.
COMPUTER CENTRE
SECURITY
The computer centre at NTC is equipped with the latest
IT infrastructure to support all coursework and practical
projects. The centre has advanced technology, with
high-speed Internet connectivity, and supports
webinars, presentations and online lectures from
classrooms around the globe.
At NTC, the security of our students, staff, and faculty is
high priority. We have an installed CCTV system at
strategic locations for surveillance of public areas on
the campus, to ensure safety for all.
WORKSHOP
HEALTHCARE CENTRE
The central workshop at NTC is set-up to undertake all
required mechanical fabrication work, such as turning,
milling, planning, grinding, and abrasive cutting of hard
materials. The key facilities in the central workshop
consist of machining, carpentry, black- smithing and
welding.
At NTC, we are committed to support the well-being of
every student. The heathcare centre provides
comprehensive healthcare services including first aid
treatment. The objective of promoting wellness and a
healthy lifestyle is the guiding principle of the centre.

The NTC philosophy is of a healthy mind in a healthy
body. Therefore, our well-maintained and hygienic
canteen caters to all food and beverage requirements of
the staff, students, and faculty. The NTC management
ensures that quality of food, variety, and pricing is
maintained.
At a distance of 5 kms from Vadodara, the institute is
well connected to the city. The institute runs its own bus
service for students and staff members for fast and
easy conveyance to and from the campus.

The dynamic discipline of Electrical Engineering has been on the cutting
edge of technology for more than a century. Electrical Engineering
engages in the task of designing electronic equipment and systems that
are faster, affordable, and sustainable. Almost every technology and
essential services in modern life relies on electrical engineering in some
way or the other.
Mechanical engineering is one of the oldest and broadest disciplines in
engineering. Mechanical engineers design and develop automobiles,
industrial equipment and machinery, heating and cooling systems,
transport systems, aircraft, watercraft, robotics, medical devices,
weapons, communication satellites, and more. With tools like computers
and product lifecycle management, they make the world move.
Present day challenges include devising alternative sustainable
solutions and wireless computing platforms, amongst many others. At
NTC, we train our electrical engineers to design and manufacture
economical and safe domestic/industrial products, that enhance the

Computer engineers are problem solvers with the know-how of all
aspects of computing. They design and implement solutions on both
sides of the hardware/software interface. They embed computers in
other machines and systems, build networks to transfer data, and
devise ways to make computers faster, smaller, and more powerful.
Computer engineers are improving the ability of computers to "see"
and "think." Currently, NTC is offering an undergraduate program
(B. Tech.) and a diploma program (DME).
The second oldest discipline in engineering, Civil Engineering deals
with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and
natural environment. It is an exciting, professional discipline that is
intricately woven with every aspect of our lives. Any civic structure that
facilitates human living, comes under the gamut of civil engineering,
such as buildings, fly-overs, ports, airports, roads, institutes, hospitals,
commercial centres, and water-supply networks.
The Computer Engineering Degree Program at NTC, through a
broad and rigorous curriculum equips students with challenging
hands-on experience. Students are exposed to multiple programming
languages, development tools, state-of-the-art practical labs, and
study the design of digital hardware and software systems including
communications systems and computers.
The Computer Engineering Diploma Program at NTC is designed
to give students insight into computer engineering with adequate

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FOR FUTURE ENGINEERS
In the first year of their operation NEOTECH Training and Placement Cell and Industry Institution Partnership
Cell (IIPC) have prepared a road map for effective implementation of training and placement activities for all
students.
Training and Placement Cell
At Neotech Technical Campus we put great emphasis on Training and Placement activities. We have a vibrant
and proactive Training and Placement Cell that arranges engaging and inspirational activities regularly. The
Cell guides students for acquiring special skills for a successful career in testing, research and development. In
its first year of operation, the Cell organized the below activities for first year engineering students:
An inspirational speech by the Vice Chancellor, GTU on Independence Day.
A one day workshop on NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) to understand
how technological excellence can be achieved using the Internet.
A professional talk on the topic, "How to be Employable?" to help students develop necessary skills, apart
from academics, so as to get easily employed.
A talk on "Academics and Employability" by an IIT Doctorate and General Manager of a multinational
industry to help students understand how academic knowledge can be utilized to become employable.
Industry Institution Partnership Cell (IIPC)
As directed by the GTU Innovation Council, NTC has established an Industry Institution Partnership Cell (IIPC).
Under this cell, the council members approach various industries at the nearby Manjusar Industrial area to
discuss possibilities for industrial visits, summer training, industrial projects, etc. for the students.
