Meet Our Outpatient Team
Tara Souve, PT
Tara is Site Manager at Spaulding Eileen M. Ward Outpatient Center for Children
in Sandwich. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac
University. Her clinical interests include medically complex pediatric diagnoses, developmental
delay, neurologic disorders, torticollis, orthotics/prosthetics management, and DME evaluations.
Alicia Barroso, MS OTR/L
Alicia received her Bachelor of Health Science from Merrimack College and her Masters in
Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University. Her clinical interests include pediatrics and
feeding therapy.
Abigail Usen Berner, MS, RD, LDN
Abigail is a Clinical Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian. She received her Bachelor of Science
in Nutrition and Food Science and Dietetics from Tufts University and a Master of Science in
Clinical Nutrition from the University of Vermont. Her clinical interests include failure to thrive,
developmental disabilities, obesity, food allergies, celiac disease, enteral nutrition management,
and feeding issues.
Lisa Coolidge, OTR/L
Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Boston
and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College. She is certified in
Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing. Her clinical interests is in pediatric neurologic
disorders, including autism spectrum and sensory integration.
Nicole Credendino, CCC-SLP
Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from the University of Delaware
and a Masters in Communication Disorders from SUNY New Paltz. Her clinical interest is
in pediatrics.
Kristen Lally, DPT
Kristen received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Doctorate in Physical
Therapy from Boston University. She a Certified Athletic Trainer. Her clinical interests include
developmental delays, neurologic disorders, orthopedic injuries, and adaptive skating.

Christine Lefebvre, CCC-SLP
Christine received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Communication Disorders
from Northeastern University. Her clinical interests include early childhood language
development, autism, communication disorders and articulation/phonological disorders.
Lauren Marble, CCC-SLP
Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Macalester College and
a Master of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from Emerson College.
Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorders, augmentative and alternative
communication, articulation and language disorders.
Sarah Minty, OTR/L
Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson
University College of Health Professionals. Her clinical interests include sensory integration,
motor development in infants, and behavior.
Chelsea Musto Potter, CCC-SLP
Chelsea received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master
of Arts in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Connecticut. Her clinical interests
include adult neuro/cognitive rehab and pediatric speech disorders.
Stacy Pacuska, DPT
Stacy received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology and a Doctorate in Physical
Therapy from Chatham College. She is a certified Pre- and Post-natal Instructor. Her clinical
interests are in pediatrics, manual therapy, including Muscle Energy Techniques, craniosacral
therapy, aquatics, TMJ disorders, and pelvic/sacroliac disorders.
Cheryl Pelletier, CCC-SLP
Cheryl received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Elmira College
and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern University.
She is a certified Lactation Counselor. Her clinical interests include pediatric feeding and
swallowing disorders, oral-motor speech disorders, and adaptive skiing.

Kara Ross, CCC-SLP
Kara received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Philosophy at the University of
San Diego and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders at Boston University.
Her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorders, receptive-expressive language
disorders, articulation and fluency disorders, and apraxia/motor planning difficulties.
Megan Thunberg, MS OTR/L
Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science and Master of Science in
Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. Her clinical interests include
pediatrics and sensory integration.
Ann-Marie Walker, PTA
Ann-Marie received her Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from the
University of Alabama. She is certified in Pediatric Yoga. Her clinical interests include
myofascial release, Reiki, adaptive aquatics, and NDT training.
Sasha Watson, MA, CCC-SLP
Sasha received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Science Disorders from
Northeastern University and her Master of Arts in Speech and Language Pathology from
St. John’s University. Her clinical interests include articulation and pholonogy disorders,
expressive/receptive language disorders, autism and traumatic brain injury.
