Eligibility This tour is open to all students enrolled in Oswego High School Choir. Students must be in good standing and meet all of the school requirements to be eligible for a field trip. Chaperones We want to make this trip a success and we need adult chaperones to help us do that! Parents who are interested in being chaperones on the tour should complete the tour registra on form and send in a deposit. Chaperones must be 21 years of age & over and abide by all school rules & policies (including those regarding alcohol & tobacco products). Addi onal details will be provided in advance in regards to chaperone du es. Accommoda ons Hotel accommoda ons feature rooms with 2 double beds, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, remote‐control Cable TV, Coffee Maker, and complimentary internet. Students will be accommodated at quad occupancy using exis ng bedding the rooms. Adults may select their preferred occupancy level. Luggage Limita ons Each person is allowed ONE PIECE of personal luggage underneath the coach. The bag should be MEDIUM SIZE with dimensions no greater than 50 linear inches (height + width + length).
