The purpose of SCO is to provide: a single ground transportation booking tool to ensure the correct carrier and mode is selected; exception management for key ground and air shipment events; centralized visibility to ground and air shipments; operational reporting metrics. NAVIGATION: LOGGING INTO OTM Purpose Logging into OTM allows a user to access the application. To log in, a user will need a username and password. Supported Internet Browsers include Internet Explorer version 8.0 / 9.0 or Mozilla Firefox. The user will need to make sure the Internet Explorer Caching is set to refresh every time you visit the webpage, pop-up blocker is disabled and links open in new windows instead of tabs for optimal performance and usability. All passwords are case sensitive in OTM. Logging into OTM 1. Log in to OTM; a. Enter ‘EMR.USER NAME’ (i.e. EMR.JOHN_SMITH). (Note: All usernames are uppercase) b. Enter ‘Password’. After logging in, the main OTM page will be visible: 3. Note the following features of the OTM home page: a. On the left hand side of the screen is the Main Menu. Selecting options from the menu will take you to the functional areas within the OTM application. b. To the right of the Emerson logo on the top, your User Name and Role are displayed. Changing Your Password 1. From the Main Menu on the left side of the screen, click on ‘Change Password’. Enter your preferred new password in the ‘Password’ field. (Note: all passwords must meet the standards defined by Emerson for OTM.) 4. Re-enter your new password in the ‘Retype Password’ field 5. Click ‘Update Password’. You will receive a confirmation screen indicating that your password has been changed successfully. NAVIGATION: Open Tenders Accept or Decline Tenders – The open tenders shows all tenders that are currently in an outstanding status. Tenders will be withdrawn and offered to the next available carrier after 60 minutes without a response. LTL carriers are set to auto-accept and do not need to respond to tender offers. Air Cargo Forwarders have 24 hours to response to a tender. 1. 2. 3. 4. Updates are expected within two hours of the event occurring. The date can be selected from below. The current date displays in bold.
