Salesforce.com screen pop (non-UAE) For customers on non-UAE servers (Connect, PBXtra, or trixbox Pro) that want to do screen pops to Salesforce.com, here is how it is accomplished. First, create a web launcher profile by going to Options --> HUD. The URL to use is: https://na6.salesforce.com/search/SearchResults?searchType=1&sen=0&setLast=1&sbstr=%%caller_nu mber_raw%%&search=+Go%21+ Continued on Page 2 Page | 1 Next, open HUD and go to File --> Settings --> Web Launcher. Select the web launcher profile 'SFDC screen pop' from the drop down box. Finally, click the 'Edit account info' link and enter in your SFDC credentials. Click 'Apply' followed by 'Close.' Page | 2
