Peg’s January Notes
2015
HELLO LADIES & GENTLEMEN,
Hello Ladies & Gentlemen,
Welcome to the 2015 Poulsbo Garden Club Year. I
hope all the bulbs in your garden are peeking their
green foliage tips up out of the soil with promises
of spring to come. I also hope 2015 is your best
year yet.
Please come early to the meeting this Saturday for
the social time from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Visit with
new and old friends, buy raffle tickets and partake
of some special items from the Ways and Means
table to purchase and take home.
Here’s all the news so far for this year.

months. The completed amended
bylaws were presented to the
PGC Board at the January 6
Board Meeting and approved.
Please check your inboxes to
read the new bylaws sent out this
afternoon. Try really hard to read
through the 7 pages and also the
4 page synopsis. We will be voting on these amended bylaws at
this Saturday January 10 general
membership meeting of the PGC.
Plant Sale and/or Garden Tour
Fundraiser
Denise Vestman volunteered to
oversee the 2015 Plant Sale location but she needs lots of helpers
for other positions to fill and for
gathering up plants now and
through Jan through March. In
addition, she’s hoping the PGC
can launch the first Poulsbo Garden Tour this year.
But – we need lots of volunteers
for both fundraisers. And we do
mean LOTS! Please express your
interest in either of these endeavors
at Saturday’s meeting. Look for the
sign-up sheets on the membership
table and we’ll also be passing the
sign-up sheets around during the
meeting.
