Typical Installation
Local codes shall govern installation requirements. To be
installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
and the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code. Unless
otherwise specified, the assembly shall be mounted at a minimum of 12” (305mm) and a maximum of 30” (762mm) above
adequate drains with sufficient side clearance for testing and
maintenance. The installation shall be made so that no part of
the unit can be submerged.

Specifications
The Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Preventer shall be certified to NSF/ANSI 372, shall be ASSE® Listed 1013, rated
to 180°F and supplied with full port ball valves. The main body and access covers shall be low lead bronze (ASTM B 584), the
seat ring and all internal polymers shall be NSF® Listed Noryl™ and the seat disc elastomers shall be silicone. The first and
second checks shall be accessible for maintenance without disassembling the relief valve or the entire device from the line. If
installed indoors, the installation shall be supplied with an air gap adapter, integral monitor switch and appropriate drain. The
Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Preventer shall be a ZURN WILKINS Model 975XL2TCU.

Specifications
The Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Prevention Assembly shall be certified to NSF/ANSI 372, ASSE® Listed 1013, and
supplied with full port gate valves. The main body and access cover shall be epoxy coated ductile iron (ASTM A 536 Grade
4), the seat ring and check valve shall be NORYL™, the stem shall be stainless steel (ASTM A 276) and the seat disc elastomers shall be EPDM. The checks and the relief valve shall be accessible for maintenance without removing the device from
the line. The Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Prevention Assembly shall be a ZURN WILKINS Model 375.

TYPICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The contractor shall furnish and install quantity _____ , Model 1EC __________ submersible effluent pump(s) as illustrated on
the plans and in accordance with the following specifications.
The submersible effluent pump(s) shall be single-phase, 115 or 230V. The power cord shall be 16/3 SJTW with a NEMA three
prong grounding plug. The 1/3 HP motor shall be a shaded pole design and the 4/10 and ½ HP motors shall be PSC designs.
The oil-filled, motor shall have Class B insulation, automatic reset on-winding overload protection, a carbon steel shaft, upper
sleeve and lower ball bearings and be protected from water intrusion by a carbon/ceramic/BUNA/SS mechanical shaft seal.
Maximum fluid temperature is 104º F (40º C) for continuous operation when pump is fully submerged.
Automatic models will be equipped with a piggyback wide angle float switch. Manual models are also available.
Pump(s) shall be designed to pass ½" maximum spheres and are suitable for basement draining, water transfer, dewatering
and effluent transfer.
Materials of Construction are ASTM A48, Class 30 grey cast iron and glass-filled engineered thermoplastics.

Large capacity in a small footprint offers

rugged structual steel base is designed to
fit through a standard 30" doorway. A

The Fusion’s heat exchanger was designed using the most
efficient and dependable heat transfer materials available
today. The low-mass, gasket-less primary heat exchanger has
solid bronze headers and finned copper or cupronickel tubing
for superior heat transfer, resistance to scaling, and
protection against thermal shock.
The condensing secondary heat exchanger is solid
stainless steel and designed to operate at the boiler’s full
flow rate. It operates in full condensing mode at all times,
while a state of the art temperature mixing system protects
the boiler’s primary

Symmetric Air/Fuel Coupling
The boiler will operate without producing dangerous
emission levels with the flue or air inlet significantly
blocked. The Fusion will react to a change in air or
fuel flow, from any cause, by reducing its input while
maintaining high combustion quality. This feature,
while providing a high degree of safety, reduces
sensitivity to flue installation and allows use in
areas of variable air inlet pressures with no
degradation in performance.
Advanced gas train design monitors and regulates
gas input based on combustion air pressure, which in
turn provides highly repeatable air/fuel ratio

pressure of 125 psi and offer outlet pressures ranging from
3.5" w.c. to 5 psi. 2000 Series high pressure models allow a
maximum inlet pressure of 125 psi and outlet pressures
ranging from .5 psi to 15 psi. The 1800 Series can be
ordered as Full Relief, Partial Relief or No Relief Regulator
as shown in the table. 2000 Series Regulators are nonrelieving. Both models are available with Overpressure
Shutoff, Underpressure Shutoff and monitor capabilities.
