Q – Why are you making this change?
A – LoneStar is committed to creating a Global manufacture & distribution network for fasteners, sealing products
and precision components.
Q – How does this benefit me?
A – With all brands in the same location, you will only have to deal with one company for all requirements.
This gives customers the ability to reduce supply chains and save costs.
Q –When will the changes happen?
A – Some changes have already happened and more will continue as we make the transition to consolidate the 3
business functions ready for the physical move to be completed by 30 th September 2014.
Q – Will I still be dealing with PRD, Eurofast or Triplefast in the future?
A – Yes, but the current 3 brands will be consolidated and trade as LoneStar Fasteners Europe.
Q – Will your opening hours change from 8:30- 5:30?
A – Our current standard sales office hours will remain unchanged at 8.30am - 5.30pm and our manufacturing/logistics
functions will be operational 6.00am-10.00pm.
In the future we will investigate the option of implementing an extended flexible working day in our sales office to
accommodate our combined customer base and will keep you updated.
Questions and Answers
Q – Will my current contacts remain the same in the new company?
A – Yes, we will be combining the current teams so you will deal with your current contact and have access to deal
with new people in the future.
Q – Will I still call the same number when you move to the new site?
A – Yes, we will be taking all of the existing numbers with us, so there will be no contact issues.
Q – Will the email addresses for PRD, Eurofast & Triplefast still work for the new company?
A – Yes, we will still be using the existing email addresses but also introducing a new email address format for LSFE
in the future (i.e. [email protected].)
Q – What about your ISO approvals for the new site?
A – The new site will be fully audited and approved to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & ISO18001:2007.
Q – Can we still use the same bank accounts for payment?
A – Yes, we will be leaving all current PRD, Eurofast & Triplefast bank accounts active.
