Tuesday, February 25 -‐ Information Night for Interested Parents Time: 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Location: QSI International School of Shenyang, Fuli Segovia Schedule: 7:00 p.m. General introduction to QSI philosophy and practices 7:20 p.m. #1 Classroom Curriculum presentations by teachers 7:35 p.m. #2 Classroom Curriculum presentations by teachers 7:50 p.m. Question and answer session in the school library Wednesday, February 26 & Thursday, February 27 -‐ Open House from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Come to the school for a tour of the facilities and meet the students, administration, and staff. It would be helpful if you called to inform the school of your visit. Saturday, March 1 -‐ Saturday School This day is intended to introduce new students to the school facilities, teachers, and general operations of the school. Pre-‐registration is required. Registration forms will be available at the information night or during the Open House days. School commences at 9:30 a.m. and concludes at 11:45 a.m.. The will be a free lunch following the morning lessons and activities in the afternoon for the students hosted by the QSI Parent Support Group. Registration Week -‐ Monday, March 3 to Monday March 10 Parents interested in registering their children at QSI for the 2014-‐2015 school year will be required to complete a school registration form and include a 2000 RMB deposit with each registration form. Forms and payment are due by the end of Monday, March 10, 2014 and may be dropped off at the school office during regular school hours.
