Greetings!
One of the major activities of the Philippine Dental Association together
with our local chapter, the Ilocos Norte Dental Chapter is the celebration of the
l lth National Dental Health Month on February I - February 28,2Ol5 with the
theme "Nakangiti any Kinabukasan, Kapag Ngipin ay Pinangangalagaan".
In view of this, various activities have planned for the successful
implementation of the event. Among the activities that are scheduled for the month
of December is the Slogan Contest. Contestants will come from the various
secondary schools of Ilocos Norte both Public and Private. We will have the
Elimination Round on December
2014 at the Departnent of Education,
Division of Ilocos Norte Conference Hall from 2 - 5 PM. Attached are the copies
of the Guidelines and Mechanics of the contests for your reference.

to the different School Heads ofthe different Secondary Schools ofllocos Norte.

This contest is open to all Secondary Schools with one (l) either from lst year to 4tI year
High School student enrolled in Public or Privak School. Participant must present hiyher
I.D. upon registration. Regishation time is I PM. Contest time is 2 PM.

3. The contestants must bring the following materials. Pencils, er.rsers, crayons, markers, pentel
pen (black or blue), cotton or tissue.

decision ofthe Board ofJudges shall be FINAL and UNAPPEALABLE.
'l 1 . Entries submitted to the Poster Contest Committee will become property of the Philippine
Dental Association and will not be retumed to the artists. PDA acquires the right to
reproduce, use, display and exhibit all the entries for its promotional activities. The artists
also agree to use their names and p€rsonal information in PDA's publicity materials.
