HEALTH@WORK WORKSITE HEALTH PROMOTION RESOURCE DIRECTORY
Local and National Worksite Health Promotion Resources
The Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department has developed this list of resources to
assist those responsible for worksite health promotion programs. Please note that inclusion in the directory
does not constitute an endorsement on the part of Hennepin County Health@Work. The directory is not a
comprehensive list of service providers. Web site addresses were current as of the date of publication. (If you
find one that is no longer active, please let us know!) Resources vary by health topic area and provider, but
include onsite classes and screenings, educational materials, campaigns, online programs, sample policies,
toolkits, and more. Most resources are low or no cost. The site visitor assumes all risks associated with
downloading information from these Web sites or linked sites.
In addition to the resources in this directory, Health@Work has compiled a list of local independent consultants,
retail providers, or nonprofits on a variety of health topics, typically for a fee. If you are interested in viewing
this list, please contact us.
If you use a resource on this list, please drop us a line and let us know how it worked for you!
