Customers use bike racks at their own risk and are responsible for loading and unloading. Sorry— no bikes can be loaded, unloaded or on buses at the Springfield Bus Terminal. Strollers and Carts Folding strollers, carts and bicycles are welcome on buses. These must be folded before boarding and kept out of the aisle if possible.
