Process Control AtlasMax-RTL Multifunctional processing computer AtlasMax-RTL presents a modern multipurpose process computer for monitoring and control of the electric power facilities. The acquisition of needed process data is achieved through the direct management of the subordinated process equipment and I/O modules, including underlying protective devices. Therefore, an efficient control of the crucial parts of the power system could be fully accomplished. Finally, AtlasMax-RTL is SCADA complient, providing full support toward higher-layer Control Centers. AtlasMax-RTL is ported on Real-Time Linux (RTL) platform, which allows complex system configurations with large number of manageable slave devices. The implemented standard network services (like telnet, SSH, FTP, SFTP, etc.) provide extraordinary portability and connectivity towards other advanced hardware platforms. Full PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) support is provided through the existing FBD (Functional Block Diagram) and ST (Structured Text) editors and PLC debugger. Standard hardware platform Communication protocols • Processor Pentium • FLASH memory (replacement for hard disk) • SDRAM memory • 2 network cards, • 2 standard RS232 serial outputs, optionally one or more multiport cards, up to 32 RS232 outputs • Video output (VGA) • Web support AtlasMax-RTL can simultaneously communicate with multiple master centers (up to 4 SCADA systems) and a large number of slave devices using different communication protocols. Communication with multiple participants via the same port is also possible, for serial port (with or without modem), radio link (wireless), TCP/IP network protocols, and fiber optic. The supported protocols are: • IEC 870-5-101 • IEC 870-5-103 • MODBUS • SPA • IEC 61850 • HART • ProfiBUS • BACNET Master / Slave Master Master / Slave, Master, Client / Server Master Master Master www.pupin.rs [email protected] [email protected] GEM NA IE RTIF D MA CE tel: +381 11 2771 017 fax: +381 11 2782 885 Volgina 15, 11060 Belgrade Serbia ENT S YS Reg.No.:Q-0653-IIIR M TE Mihailo Pupin Institute Automation & Control Ltd.
