VULAMEHLO SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK PUBLIC NOTICE The Spatial Development Framework (SDF) of the Vulamehlo Local Municipality has been drafted to guide the Municipality in the implementation of its vision, mission and developmental objectives contained in Vulamehlo Municipality Integrated Development Plan (IDP) that was adopted by the Municipal Council. According to section 26(e) of the Local Government Systems Act No.32 of 2000, the SDF forms part of the Municipality’s IDP. The Spatial Development Framework depicts current and future land uses (as per municipal designations) as well as the manner in which future development will be guided. Copies of this document will be made available at the Vulamehlo Municipal the 28 October 2014 to 26 November 2014. The Vulamehlo Municipality invites all stakeholders to comment on this document before it is duly adopted as per legislation. Amakhophi alomqingo azobakhona kuma hhovisi ka masipala, kusukela zingu 28 kuOctober kuya zingu 26 kuNovember 2014. UMkhandlu kaMasipala waseVulamehlo umema wonke amalungu omphakathi ukuba aphawule ngalomqingo ngaphambi kokuphasiswa kwawo ngokusemthethweni. Imibono ebhaliwe ingathunyelelwa kuMqondisi wokuThuthukiswa kwezoMnotho nokuHlelwa ungakashayi noma ngawo umhlaka 26 November ku 2014.
