• Helpline, Outplacement & IFA services designed to
help members help themselves
• Retirement workshops and pension planning
workshops new for Q4 2013 and 2014
• 2014 – 150th Anniversary – new website and new
marketing support. Our focus is on preventative,
proactive support. The benefits of early intervention
are well known
