Grill at the lake if good weather. Wednesday Excursion by bicycle. We meet at 9h00 at the dojo and will be back for 19h00. You need:  To take your own picnic with you. There will be grilling possibility.  Bicycle, we’ll organize ourselves so that everybody gets one on the previous days.  Hojo bokken (or bokken)  Swimming suit If the weather is bad on Wednesday, we may switch with Monday or Thursday. Price 230 CHF To be paid at the arrival, the first day, the price includes: the seminar and the breakfasts Maximum 60 participants. People who register for the whole seminar will have the priority.
