8- Feed single jersey electronic circular
knitting machine, with 4 selection points
on each feed. It produces seamlesswear
single garments: underwear, outerwear,
swimwear, sportswear, sanitary garments etc...by using natural, synthetic
artificial yarns and bare and covered elastomers. Terry production is possible on
request. SANTONI Patent System, which
enables HIGH DEFINITION PATTERNING
and COLOUR CLEARNESS with 8 feeds.
Macchina circolare elettronica monofrontura a 8 cadute con 4 punti di selezione
per caduta. Produzione di capi singoli
seamless-wear: intimo, esterno, bagno,
sportivo, medicale, ecc. con l’utilizzo di
filati sintetici, artificiali, naturali ed elastomeri nudi e ricoperti. A richiesta possibilità di realizzare maglia in spugna. Sistema
brevettato SANTONI per consentire la
realizzazione a 8 cadute di disegni con
elevata definizione e nitidezza del colore.

Jacks dial & yarn cutter
Vertical dial movement driven by step-bystep motor which allows the height variation of the cutter.
Suction system
By 2 or 3 suction fans (according to diam)
or central system. Stitch formation inner
tube - Ø150, garment transfer tube Ø100.–
Air limiting valve with electronic incremental programmation.
Stitch cams
Stitch formation adjustment by step
motors done in an independent way on
each feed, with possibility of loop widen-
ing, tightening and shading on the same
course (Santoni Patent). On board garment sizing, adjustable in both cms or
inches.
Sinker cap
On request: sinker cap for terry.
Main knitting possibilities
Single or double welt knitted with jacks in
different selection possibilities – elastic
yarn can be knitted-in, floated or inlaid.
Knitting possibilities for 8 feeds on the
same course: 3 technical ways plus 2
colours on ground yarn, 3 technical ways
plus one colour on ground yarn and pattern in floated yarn, 3 technical ways plus
clear pattern. Possibility of inlaid on all
feeds. On request: 4 movable stitch triangles to knit on 4 feeds with 8 selection
points each feed, 3 technical ways plus 4
colours on ground yarn, 3 technical ways
plus 3 colours on ground yarn and floated
pattern.

Software Diagraph 3 PLUS including Atlas, Quasar, Photon, Galois. The programs
can be transferred to the machine by FDU2/3, by USB key or by cable directly from
the P.C. On request PULSAR software.
