ecumenical Christian community, journeying together
and growing together in Christ-centred friendships. We
stop to pray in the churches we pass, many of which
are of architectural and historical interest, and all of
which bring us into contact with the communities we
are passing through.
Transport: Our luggage is carried by van. Pilgrims
make their own way to the start in Chertsey and home
from Arundel.
Requirements: All you have to be is over 16 (or
accompanied by an adult) and be fit enough to walk an
average of about 15 miles per day at a moderate pace
— and a sense of humour is useful.
Cost: The cost is only £160 for the whole way (£100
for under 21’s), £90 for one week or 1 to 6 nights at
£15 per night. Breakfast, sandwiches for lunch and an
evening meal are all included in the cost of the
pilgrimage, which is organised by past pilgrims on a
voluntary basis.
Still Not Sure? Visit our web site and see the fun,
friendship and fulfilment we’ve enjoyed over the years.
