CLIENTS WILL BE SELECTED FROM A LOTTERY WHICH WILL BE HELD BETWEEN 6:30 AND 7:30 AM WHEN THE ADVANCED TEAM ARRIVES ON-SITE. THERE IS NO POINT IN ARRIVING UNTIL JUST BEFORE THE LOTTERY BEGINS. LOTTERY WILL DETERMINE YOUR PLACE IN LINE. THEREAFTER THE SYSTEM IS AS USUAL. REMEMBER No food for your dog/cat after 10pm. Exemptions to this rule are dogs/cats 4-6 months old.
