2STEPS2WORK Executive Summary and Program Overview The Workforce Development Global Alliance (WDGA) is an innovative non-governmental non organization that equips disadvantaged youth, ages 13 13-25 25 years, with the essential tools needed to cultivate peaceful relati relationships and succeed in today's workforce. Since 2006 WDGA has been inspiring impoverished young people from rural to urban communities to remain committed to their education by illuminating the connections between the classroom and the workroom and exposing youth to a variety of career opportunities in Pittsburgh. Through WDGA’s signature program called 2STEPS2WORK – participants are empowered to STEP 1 – Get Along to STEP 2 – Get Ahead governed by WDGA’s program drivers of education, exposure, empowerment, experience and employment – with ePal opportunities! All workshops engage the youth to TIE it all together with our governing values of Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence!
