Return Policy:
Most products are not returnable. Do not purchase an item if you have any doubts.
Some products may be returned if the original box is unopened, product is under 30 days from shipping date,
and may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
DOA Policy:
If for any reason you find the unit in unacceptable condition or non-working order, please pack the hardware
in the original carton and send it back to an address we will provide with the appropriate Return Authorization.
You will be liable for only the shipping charges for the products. Please note that we rarely have returns since
we understand your business. This is only a precaution for DOA product.
