In 2013 the City of Paris sold bonds in the amount of 45 million
dollars Capital Improvements Plan (CIP), which is being used
primarily for water and sewer projects. Hayter Engineering has
teamed with AECOM, an international engineering firm whose
main office is in California, for water and sanitary sewer line
replacements.
This project which consists of approximately 225,000 LF of water
and sewer pipe. There are 5 contracts, A – E. Contracts A, B,
and C surveying have been finished on schedule. Contract D is
underway. Contract A designs are complete, Contract B design is
60% complete, and Contract C design is 15% complete. The SE lift
station preliminary engineering is 80% complete.
