Enrolments with your faculty and Compulsory Orientation Session
International Students Only
Learn about Aussie culture and important information you need to know
as an international student, such as Visa information, Overseas Student
Health Cover (OSHC) and services on campus. Meet staff and hear
about Monash programs on campus to help you make friends and
become a part of the local community. New international students are
invited to meet up with your peer supporters for some fun and socialising.
Also, important information and advice on how to get the most out of the
Peer Assisted Study Sessions. ICT session. Lunch included.

Dinner will be provided along with some fun Get to Know You Games!
This will be a great opportunity to meet other new residents in and out of
your program before the official campus orientation starts.
This is also a great way to start finding your bearings for living on Res by
asking the RA’s, and making sure you start the year prepared and ready!

Who doesn’t like a hot breakfast?! Res will be providing a delicious
brunch at 10am at the West Rec Hall. This will be followed by a bus tour
around the local area, including a chance to do a little bit of shopping!

make your way down to the tennis courts (located near the West Rec
Hall) for some friendly competition at 5:30pm. This will be followed by the
Official Compass Dinner at 7pm.

sized chunks of vital campus info which will see you feeling way more
comfy and relaxed.

Join your new student mentor for a campus tour/scavenger hunt around

staff in an informal setting. Understanding what resources are available in
the library will see you on the first step to success in your student life. All

International Students Only - Visit to Phillip Island. Visit the Animal
Wildlife Park and feed the kangaroos. Lunch provided at the Nobbies
Seal Rock. Enjoy a coastal walk to the Blowhole. Wear comfortable
shoes, bring hat, sunblock, water bottle, jacket in case the weather
changes. Register to participate during Enrolments.
