Diving Lessons: LISD Aquatic Center Mustangs In The Sun Diving Team Lewisville Aquatic Center Lesson Philosophy 5729 Memorial Dr. The Colony, Tx 75056 469-948-2750 Our coaches develop programs for each diver based on their skill level, age, and interest. The goal of the program is to offer instruction in the fundamentals of diving, encouraging each athlete to develop their full potential. Divers will be taught in a skills progression using a combination of dry-land, side-drills, trampoline, and diving board drills. Each diver progresses at his/her own rate. No divers will be forced to do skills for which they are not ready. Lessons sessions consist of 8 practices.
