ESTES VALLEY LIBRARY 2015 TAX SUPPORT Taxpayers are encouraged by the IRS to e-file their tax returns. The Estes Valley Library will make the following forms available as long as supplies last: Federal Forms • • • • 1040 forms (no instructions) 1040A forms (no instructions) 1040EZ forms (no instructions) Schedules A, B, C, SE, EIC, C-EZ and D (have not yet arrived as of 2/3/15) No federal instructions have been provided. Instructions can be found online at irs.gov and a limited number of copies are available for checkout. State of Colorado Forms • • Basic tax forms and instruction booklets 104PTC Property Tax/Rent/Heat Rebate Tax forms are available for printing from the IRS website (irs.gov). Printing is available in the library computer commons for 10 cents per page. Both individuals and businesses may request forms in this way. Some tax forms may also be available for purchase from office supply stores like Staples and Office Max. Here in Estes Park, Estes Park Office Supply (586-0927) will carry forms or can special order them. AARP Tax Assistance began at the library on February 2.
