CONSULATE GENERAL OF ITALY MUMBAI PRE ENROLMENT Students should come personally to the Italian Consulate for pre enrolment on first come first serve basis as for the following calendar: 8 April 2014 From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm 22 April 2014 From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm 6 May 2014 From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm 20 May 2014 From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm 4 June 2014 From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm 17 June 2014 From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm The mandatory documents required for pre enrolment are as per following: a) provisional acceptance from the University in Italy (Lettera di ammissibilita’); b) Declaration of Value / Original University Degree or Provisional degree of 2014 legalized by the Home Department of the State of issuance and with completed with Apostille (see link http://www.vfsattestation.com/attestation.asp) along with the translation into Italian language; c) Two passport-size photographs (white background) for the Photo Authentication; d) Two original Pre-enrolment forms (Form A: “Pre-enrolment application for non EU citizens residing abroad).Form A must be downloaded by the candidate from the website of the University, duly filled by the candidate in front of the Consular Officer; e) Passport in original along two photocopies (first and last page) Kindly Note: no request will be accepted without the above. On completion of Pre enrolment, students are solely responsible to scan the obtained documents from the Consulate and the Declaration of value directly to the Italian University.
