0.5 gram of pigment dispersed
in 10 ml of solvent; after stirring for 1 minute, the mixture
is left at 38 °C over 30 minutes. The solvent attack on the
pigment iindicates the solvent
resistance. The higher the
number (5) the better.

Recommended applications
RADGLO® VSF-0-02 YELLOW should be dispersed in
the final application to the desired particle size. VSF-0-02
gives a 15-20 % higher color strength compared with the
current commercial available products. Depending on
the application, VSF-0-02 has a limited heat stability, so
we recommend to test this in advance.
VSF-0-02 is recommended for crack detection of metal
surfaces (mixtures with magnetic powders) and for colouring waxes, chalk formulations and different artists
and crayon colour combinations. VSF-0-02 is suitable for
waterborne, flexographic and rotogravure as well as for
offset inks.
Testmethod
Dissolution (D):
0.5 gram of pigment dispersed
in 10 ml of solvent; after stirring for 1 minute and storage
for one week at room temperature, the mixture is filtered.
The transmission % is measured of a 50 times diluted filtrate. The higher the number (5)
the better.
