REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 5/12/14
Payment can be made online by credit card or a check
can be sent to the WNA office after completing the
online registration. Your registration will be confirmed upon
receipt of payment. Payment must be received prior to the
conference.
ACCOMMODATIONS
A small block of rooms has been reserved for the
conference at the rate of $89. To make a reservation,
please call 920-733-8000 and refer to the Wisconsin Center
for Nursing conference. The conference room rate will
expire on April 27, 2014, so please make your reservation
before this date.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
HANDOUTS
All handouts received for the conference will be posted
online. You will receive a link to the handouts available
approximately one week prior to the conference.
CONTINUING NURSING EDUCATION CREDIT
The Wisconsin Center for Nursing 4th Annual Conference,
“Improving the Health of Wisconsin Communities,” is coprovided by the Wisconsin Center for Nursing and the
Wisconsin Nurses Association, and has been planned in
accordance with the requirements of the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC) for continuing nursing
education.
Wisconsin Nurses Association is an approved provider
of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses
Association, an accredited approver by the American
Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on
Accreditation.
This program offers 6.5 contact hours of Continuing Nursing
Education credit. To receive credit, participants must
register, attend the entire program, and complete the
online program evaluation for the overall conference and
each session attended.
Special Menu/Services
If you have dietary restrictions or require special services,
please indicate when registering online. In conjunction
with the conference facility, WNA will make every effort
to accommodate special dietary needs brought to our
attention prior to the conference. In accordance with the
Americans with Disabilities Act, please advise the Wisconsin
Nurses Association when registering if you have any
disability that requires special materials and/or services so
that appropriate personnel are advised.
Cancellations
A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for
cancellations prior to the conference. There will be NO
REFUNDS after the conference begins or for “no-shows.”
