WWW.DELTA-V.US | WWW.DELTA-V.IT DELTAV A NEW FUTURE FOR ORPROVISION PRODUCTS With effect from July 4, 2014, DeltaV Srl signed an agreement with Finpro Spa to acquire all intellectual property rights, know-‐how, brands and patents of Orprovision products, including those previously developed by Orbotech. DeltaV is planning to open its new offices in the United States and in Europe (Germany), to ensure continuity to the activities of Marketing, Sales and After-‐ Sales service, and R&D for the development of new projects and the update of the current ones. Asia coverage will be defined soon. All necessary procedures for the start up of the project will require 4 to 6 weeks and the target is to be fully operational from September 1, 2014. All operational information will be published on www.Delta-‐V.us providing all necessary support. DeltaV offering will be extended in the near future both to non-‐standard test systems and equipment already available from several years after the acquisition of the IBM Engineering core in Vimercate (Milan), and to automation field. This completes the current offering of consultancy services on quality systems, materials test and technology. DeltaV is part of a network of SMEs set up by a management team, with a strong international experience in Electronics Manufacturing and production equipment to offer advanced services to electronics manufacturing companies.
