Zagórów , pismo z dnia 3-go września 2014 roku, data wpływu 9 września 2014, (znak WOO-IV.4240.777.2014.ZP.2) poniżej przekazuję wyjaśnienia dotyczące szczegółów technicznych związanych z obniżeniem mocy akustycznej elektrowni. Szczegóły techniczne tego typu rozwiązań stanowią tajemnicę przedsiębiorstw produkujących turbiny i nie są udostępniane jako dokumentacja techniczna. Ogólne założenia tego typu systemów bazują na sterowaniu komputerowym parametrami pracy turbiny, które są powiązane z emisją akustyczną. Komputer poprzez koordynację informacji z czujników umieszczonych w odpowiednich punktach turbiny (zwykle znajdują się one na szczycie gondoli, w jej wnętrzu, oraz w łopatach śmigła) optymalizuje zdalnie takie parametry jak: - obniżenie wydajności turbiny (elektronicznie); - obniżenie prędkości obrotowej; - ustawienie łopat w pozycji bardziej aerodynamicznej. Kluczowe dla emisji akustycznej są zmiana kąta natarcia łopat śmigła i obniżenie prędkości obrotowej śmigła. Mniej agresywne ustawienie łopat śmigła wiąże się z obniżeniem prędkości obrotowej śmigła, które z kolei związane jest z niższą emisją akustyczną. Dotyczy to obniżenia emisji akustycznej w części aerodynamicznej – z racji optymalizacji kąta natarcia, oraz w części mechanicznej – z racji obniżenia prędkości obrotowej przekładni w gondoli turbiny. Obecnie wszyscy producenci oferują w nowych turbinach możliwość sterowania mocą akustyczną. Tryby pracy z obniżoną mocą akustyczną mają wpływ na poziom produkcji energii elektrycznej, która zmniejsza się wraz z wyciszeniem turbin o kilka do około dziesięciu procent. W skali roku nocne obniżenie mocy akustycznej obniży produkcję całoroczną o kilka procent w zależności od zadanego trybu pracy (należy pamiętać, że obniżenie wydajności dotyczy tylko najbardziej niekorzystnych akustycznie warunków). Najgłośniejsza praca turbiny jest w trybie standardowym (zerowym), następnie kolejno aż do trybu „4” turbina jest coraz cichsza, co wiąże się również ze spadkiem wydajności. Przykładowo dla trybu standardowego uzyskujemy maksymalną moc rzędu 3000 kW dla prędkości wiatru 11,5 m/s z mocą akustyczną na poziomie 104,5dB. W trybie „4” jest to 2735 kW z mocą akustyczną na poziomie 102,5 dB. Oznacza to spadek mocy akustycznej o 2 dB, przy jednoczesnym spadku maksymalnej mocy turbiny o około 9%. Powyższe rozważania zostały oparte o dane dotyczące turbiny Nordex N131/3000. Do niniejszej odpowiedzi załączono dokumentację techniczną zawierającą dane będące podstawą sporządzenia wykresu zależności mocy turbiny od prędkości wiatru na wysokości gondoli dla różnych trybów pracy. Szczegóły rozwiązań różnych trybów pracy turbin dla różnych producentów mogą być różne, jednakże ogólna zasada powiązania spadku wydajności z obniżoną emisją akustyczną pozostaje niezmienna. Opis zawarty w niniejszej odpowiedzi należy traktować przykładowo, gdyż na obecnym etapie nie jest znany producent turbiny.
