FRANCIS Alÿs EXHIBITION – CURATOR’S TOUR 25.11.2014, CSW – Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej Zamek Ujazdowski, Warsaw Francis Alÿs is a Belgian artist currently living in Mexico. His exhibition at the Center for Contemporary Art Zamek Ujazdowski will open in October 2014 and close in January 2015. A dedicated curator’s tour will give you an insight into the artist himself and his work. BELGIAN BEER AND CHOCOLATE EVENING 27.11.2014, Warsaw When asking foreigners about their associations with Belgium, they almost always name beer and chocolate, but do not know the details. If there are things you do not know about beer or chocolate and you were always afraid to ask, the Belgian Beer and Chocolate Evening is an event tailor-made for you! ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF THE ‘SMURFS IN WARSAW’ ART CONTEST 29.11.2014, 3.00 pm The aim of the “Smurfs in Warsaw” Art Contest is to enhance knowledge of Belgian culture. The contest is open to primary school pupils. The best works will be recognised with awards on 29th November at the Katarzyna Napiórkowska Art Gallery in Warsaw. You will be able to see the works made by these young artists and congratulate them in person. The exhibition will be open to the public between 28th and 30th November 2014.
