Duties include: Conduct psychometric analyses of a test of mathematics concept
knowledge; use IRT results to create a short form of an existing test; provide IRT
consultation to a team of education researchers at the Carnegie Foundation; develop a
diagnostic classification model of math concept knowledge.

Duties include: Item response theory analysis of social psychological data;
implementation of multidimensional IRT (bifactor and testlet models) and
explanatory IRT models; prepare a symposium presentation of the results of these
analyses; prepare multiple manuscripts for publication.
