発表登録⾏うには、MyPageLogin 画面より、MyPage を作成する必要があります。
MyPage は、同じ Mail アドレスでは作成できません。
1 アカウントで 2 件まで発表登録が可能です。
⼊⼒できる⽂字は、英数記号の 1 バイト⽂字です。
アップロード可能なアブストラクトファイルは、10MB 以下の PDF ファイルのみです。
必須項目の⼊⼒が完了しないと、発表登録できません。
発表登録送信後も内容の送信は可能です。その場合、データを更新後再度発表データの送
信をお願いします。
発表登録完了後は必ず、参加登録も⾏ってください。
2 件以上の発表登録を⾏う場合、発表者が異なる場合は、それぞれ参加登録を⾏ってくださ
い。
共著者の⼈数を変更可能です。プルダウンより⼈数を選択してください。未⼊⼒の場合はエラ
ーになりますので、ご注意ください。

発表登録画面より参加登録のボタンがあります。
このボタンより進むことで、発表者のデータ、発表番号が参加登録画面に送信されます。
発表者は⾃分の発表番号を必ず⼊⼒して下さい。Audience の参加登録まで発表者のみ登
録可能です。
参加区分で会員価格を選択した場合は、必ず会員番号を⼊⼒して下さい。
会員価格の対象は別紙のとおりです。
クレジット⽀払いをする場合は、カードを⼿元に⼊⼒を始めてください。
カード情報を⼊⼒後の送信ボタンは 2 回以上押さないでください。

1. 発表登録
I.
新規登録・ログイン画面
既に登録している場合は、登録した E-Mail アドレス・パスワードを⼊⼒してログインしてください。
新規に作成する場合は、「Create Mypage」をクリックして新規にアカウントを作成してください。
パスワードを忘れた場合は、「password issue」をクリックして、パスワード再設定の画面に進んでくだ
さい。
（パスワード再設定）
登録した E-mail アドレスを⼊⼒し、送信すると⼊⼒したメールアドレスに、再設定⽤ URL を
記載したメールが配信されます。
その URL より新しいパスワードを⼊⼒して再設定完了すると、作成したパスワードでログインが
可能です。
II.
MyPage アカウント新規作成の場合

MyPage ⽤アカウントの作成画面に進みます。
必須項目を⼊⼒して下さい。
パスワードは 6 ⽂字以上⼊⼒して下さい。
⼊⼒はすべて半角英数記号で⼊⼒して下さい。
登録後、最初の発表登録ボタンが表⽰されますので、発表情報⼊⼒を始めてください。
II.
既にアカウントがある場合
⼊⼒された発表情報⼀覧が表⽰されます。
新規に発表情報を追加する場合は「NewAbstract Submission」ボタンを押してください。
III. 発表情報の登録
新規作成の場合は、共著者情報→奨励賞→発表情報の内容で進みます。
① 共著者情報
連絡担当者（Coresponding Author）、発表者（Presenter）は 1 名が選択可能で
す。
連絡担当者（Coresponding Author）、発表者（Presenter）は E-mail アドレスの登
録が必須です。
② 奨励賞
奨励賞に参加する場合は、Apply にチェックをつけ、参加区分を選択してください。

PaperTitle には上付き下付きイタリックの記号が使⽤可能です。

全ての情報が⼊⼒完了すると、発表情報送信確認画面が表⽰されます。
未⼊⼒の項目や、エラーがあると「Submit」ボタンが表⽰されません。
Error 表⽰のある項目を全て⼊⼒して下さい。
送信が完了すると、登録の E-Mail アドレスに登録のメールが送信されます。
IV. Young Scientist Awards の登録
マイページ下段より「Awards nomination」のボタンから発表情報を登録してください。

Rules
Rules and Eligibility
The nominee shall not have reached his or her 40th birthday on or before 27th August,
2017.
The nominee must submit the documents [curriculum vitae (CV) including the date of
birth (2-page maximum), extended abstract in accordance with the template for the
award nomination (4-page maximum) and list of recent publications (2-page maximum)],
which are to be announced on the web page of IUMRS-ICAM 2017. The deadline for the
submission of the documents is 28th February, 2017.

At the timing of the submission of the documents for the award, the nominee must
have completed abstract submission as a presenter in the symposia of IUMRS-ICAM
2017. The title of the extended abstract for the award nomination should not be the
same as the title(s) of the abstract(s) submitted for presentation(s) in the symposia.
The documents submitted by the nominees are to be reviewed by referees. The
referees will select eligible candidates as finalists, who shall be asked to participate in
the "Finalist Session for Young Scientist Awards", which is to be held on 28th August,
2017, and deliver their presentations under the title of the extended abstract
submitted as one of the documents for the award nomination. It is noted that the
finalist must have completed the registration process of IUMRS-ICAM 2017 before his
or her presentation in the Finalist Session.
The award winners will be selected from the finalists based on both the pre-evaluation
of the documents submitted by the nominees and the evaluation of the presentations
in the "Finalist Session for Young Scientist Awards".
The award winners will be announced in the award ceremony to be held during the
banquet on 30th August, 2017.
After the award ceremony, a group photo of the award winners will be taken. The
photographs will be uploaded onto the homepage of the conference.
The above rules and procedures may be subject to be modified by the organizing
committee of IUMRS-ICAM 2017.

誕⽣⽇を⼊⼒して下さい。誤った⽇付はエラーになります。
⼊⼒後「Confirmation」ボタンを押すと、確認画面に進みます
内容を確認し、間違いがなければ「Submit」ボタンをクリックし、登録完了です。
登録内容を修正する場合は、MyPage より編集画面へ進むことが可能です。
2. 参加登録
MyPage から参加登録へ進んだ場合、マイページアカウントまたは発表者の情報が初期値で⼊⼒されま
す。
参加区分は、会員を選択した場合、会員番号の⼊⼒が必要です。
但し、会員番号が誤っていても正確性のチェックは⾏っていません。
会員の対象は別紙の Academic Societies in Cooperation.リストに記載されている団体が対象です。
VISA 取得のサポートが必要な場合「希望する」にチェックを付けて登録すると、近畿⽇本ツーリスト社より
連絡が⼊ります。
⽀払いは、現⾦振り込み・オンラインカード決済・当⽇の現地⽀払いが選択できます。但し現地⽀払い
の場合、早期料⾦は選択できません。

⼊⼒内容に間違いがなければ、確認画面に進んでください。
登録が完了すると、完了画面が表⽰されます。
当⽇の受け時にはこのバーコード画面でも確認ができます。
⽀払いをクレジットカードを選択した場合は、このままオンラインクレジット処理画面に進みます。
クレジットカードを準備し、次の画面に進みます。
使⽤可能なカードブランドは、VISA と Master のみです。
その他のカードブランド（JCB や Amex 等）は利⽤できません。
カード番号、有効期限、セキュリティコードを⼊⼒します。
「Submit」ボタンを押すと決済処理が開始されますので、繰り返しボタンを押さないで下さい。
処理が完了すると、決済の結果が表⽰されます。
【決済が成功した場合】
カード番号の⼊⼒間違いや、有効期限の間違い、セキュリティコードの間違い、限度額を超えた場
合、使⽤不可のカード等の場合、下記のような⾚いエラー画面が表⽰されます。
再度決済をし直すことが可能です。
「Retry Credit Card Payment」ボタンで再度カード情報の⼊⼒画面に進み、情報の⼊⼒し直しをし
てください。カードを変更しても構いません。
決済の処理の結果を参加登録で⼊⼒した、E-mail アドレスに決済結果が送信されます。
※参加登録情報の確認
マイページより参加登録に進んだ場合は、参加登録情報を確認できます。
Registration 欄に登録が完了している場合、InvoiceNo のリンクが表⽰されますので、そのリンクをクリ
ックすることで、参加情報が表⽰されます。
この画面を印刷し、来場時に提⽰すると受付がスムーズです。
「Editing」ボタンより、登録情報の変更や、⽀払⽅法の変更が可能です。
オンラインクレジット処理の再決済も可能です。
⽀払いが完了している場合は、「Payment」欄が「Paid」のなっています。
未払い状況の場合は「No Paid」がひょじされています。
