ベルギービールウィークエンド 2017 ベルギー物産展：出品検討のお願い（横浜・金沢）
ベルギービールウィークエンドは、
日本での開催が今年で8年目を迎えアジア最大のベルギー文化交流イベントとなって
おります。
これまで75万人を超える方々にベルギービールはもちろん美食の国ベルギー自慢の料理、そしてヨーロッパで
活躍中のベルギー人アーティストによるライブパフォーマンスなど、ベルギーの文化を丸ごと楽しんでいただくことがで
きました。昨年ユネスコ世界無形文化遺産に「ベルギービール文化」が登録される栄誉を受け、ベルギービールウィーク
エンドの日本における役割もさらに重要なものとなってきております。
今年も横浜と金沢の2都市にてベルギー物産販売コーナーを設け、ベルギーの魅力溢れる商品を多くの方にお届けした
いと考えております。つきましては、当物産店への出品をご検討くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。

商品の仕入れと販売について　ベルギービールウィークエンド事務局にて、当物産展に出品いただける企業さまの商品を購入し、両会場（横浜、金沢）
で
販売させていただきます。
販売は、ベルギー・ルクセンブルグ商工会議所のスタッフが行います。物産コーナーの商品は土産用として販売しますので、
原則としてイベント会場内で飲食することはご遠慮いただきます。
スペースに限りがあり、かつ屋外での販売となるため、希望商品を販売できない場合があります。
また、出品商品に関し
ましては実行委員会の協議により決定させて頂きます。あらかじめご了承ください。
ベルギー物産展への出品にご興味ある企業さまは、3月24日（金）までに販売希望の商品・価格・数量をベルギー
ビールウィークエンド事務局までご連絡願います。

Belgian Shop at Belgian Beer Weekend Yokohama & Kanazawa
Since its first edition in Tokyo in 2010, the Belgian Beer Weekend has continued to grow into one of Japan’s
finest outdoor events and has become the largest showcase for Belgium in Asia. With the addition of the
Belgian beer culture to the Unesco list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in November last year, the
role of the Belgian Beer Weekend is expected to become even more important!
In 2017 the Belgian Beer Weekend will travel to 8 cities - Nagoya, Yokohama, Osaka, Kanazawa, Sapporo,
Sendai, Kobe, Tokyo - expecting 170,00 visitors over 48 days!
Also this year the Belgian Beer Weekend Organizing Committee and the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of
Commerce (BLCCJ) will organize the “Belgian Shop” in Yokohama and Kanazawa.
If your company is importing, distributing or selling Belgian products in Japan and if you are interested in joining the Belgian Shop, then we would like to hear from you!

The Belgian Beer Weekend Organizing Committee will purchase products from participating companies and
sell these in the Belgian Shop at both venues (Yokohama & Kanazawa).
Please note that the Belgian Beer Weekend is an outdoor event and that due to regulations not all products
can be sold. The Belgian Beer Weekend Organizing Committee reserves the right to approve or reject any
vendor(s) items to be sold.
Food and beverages sold in the shop will be sold as souvenirs and are not meant to be consumed at the event.
