What will I be doing?
As a FP&A Manager, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of
Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Responsible to manage the site Business Management team members. Provides direct reports with annual objectives,
coaching and counseling, and business management support. Also responsible for oversight and regular involvement in
onsite processes, sales and marketing performance, business management staffing approvals (contracts, guest services,
and Client Relations). Participates in compensation plan review for manager and above as well as provides guidance on
monthly targets for below manager level. Responsible for implementation of company policy to ensure site sales and
marketing, as well as business management teams, comprehend and follow all such policies and procedures.

Other responsibilities will include conducting regional financial reviews, communication on regional and distribution center
commercial and financial results to key management personnel, review, execution and implementation of DC level and
Global HGV standard operating procedures, and enhancement/automation of regional reporting. Provides support to local
production leaders for tasks such as preparation and review of sales and marketing pro-formas, new marketing initiatives,
compensation plans, and regional expenses. This position will often work independently and must have excellent written
and verbal communication skills that can span across both administrative and performance based functions. The FP&A
Manager of Business Management position will be located in The Tokyo Shinjuku Office, but must also be available for
occasional to travel for summits and leadership trips.
Special Projects requiring involvement, i.e. Planning/start-up of new sales and marketing locations, new system
implementation, compensation automation, global policies and procedures, inventory management, pricing,
etc.

Strong relationship skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders across disciplines with awareness of priorities
and goals of each
Solution oriented; the ability to target and solve issues effectively while identifying new opportunities and
approaches to programs
Ability to work independently; includes the ability to recognize need for involvement of other teams/peers and
capability to effectively facilitate that collaboration
Branded Timeshare experience
Ability and experience in leading new programs/process or projects from conception to execution
BA/BS Degree required
4+ years of management/leadership experience is required

3-5 years of related experience is required
Bilingual fluency (speaking, reading and writing) in Japanese and English is required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Reporting writing in Cognos
5-7 years of required experienced
6+ years of management/leadership experience is preferred
