I don't think we have to go to a foreign country to learn a foreign language. Today there are
a lot of people from abroad in Japan. If we want to learn a foreign language, we can learn it
from them. We can also learn it in different ways. We can also listen to CDs and watch
DVDs to study a foreign language.
