Artikels.

Filme
Bitte legen Sie die Filme 1:1 seitenrichtig an und achten Sie auf korrekte Passerkreuze. Wenn eingesandte Filme nicht dementsprechend aufgebaut sind, müssen Sie von uns korrigiert werden. Dabei entstehen Mehrkosten zusätzlich zu den normalen
Vorkosten.
Farben
Wählen Sie bitte eine Druckfarbe aus unseren DKS-Standardfarben (ohne Aufpreis) oder geben Sie uns eine HKS- oder Pantone
Farbe bekannt (anteilige Mehrkosten). Wir bemühen uns, den Farbton zu erzielen (auch bei eingesandten Farbvorlagen), können
dies aber aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Druckverfahren nicht zu 100 % garantieren.
Um ein optimales Druckergebnis erzielen zu können, empfehlen wir auf farbigen ⁄ transparenten Stiften ausschließlich den
Einsatz von stark deckenden Farbtönen. Diese hochdeckenden Spezial-Farben entsprechen allerdings nicht den HKS- oder
Pantone-Farben und die Auswahl der möglichen Farben ist begrenzt.
Standard-Druckfarben
Die abgebildeten Standard-Druckfarben entsprechen dem Druck auf weißem Untergrund. Leichte Farbabweichungen sind bei
farbigen Gehäuseteilen möglich. In diesem Fall empfehlen wir vorab Weiß zu unterlegen. Diese Druckfarben erhalten Sie ohne
zusätzliche Kosten.

Films
Please insert the film 1:1 emulsion side up and pay attention to correct crosshair marks. If films submitted are not constructed
accordingly, they will have to be corrected by us. This will result in extra costs in addition to the normal preliminary costs.
Inks
Please select a printing ink from our DKS standard inks (no extra charge) or inform us of a HKS or Pantone ink (proportional
extra costs). We will do our best to produce the colour tone (even in the case of submitted colour originals) but cannot
guarantee this 100% because of the different printing methods.
To be able to obtain an optimal printing result, we recommend using exclusively strongly opaque colour tones on coloured or
transparent crayons. These highly opaque special colours do not however correspond to the HKS or Pantone inks and the
choice of inks possible is limited.
Standard printing colours
The shown standard printing colours correspond to imprint on a white underground. Slight colour differences are possible with
colour pen parts. In this case we recommend to print white colour underground first. These standard colours are available at
no extra charge.

Couleurs
Veuillez choisir une encre d‘imprimerie parmi nos couleurs standards DKS (sans supplément) ou faîtes-nous savoir quelle couleur
HKS ou de pantographie vous désirez (surcoût proportionnel). Nous nous efforçons d‘obtenir la bonne nuance de couleur
(y compris avec des dessins modèles expédiés); mais nous ne pouvons pas la garantir à 100% en raison des différents procédés d‘impression.
Pour pouvoir obtenir un résultat d‘impression optimal, nous conseillons pour les crayons de couleur et couleurs transparentes,

Couleurs standards d‘impression

Lieferbedingungen
Lieferungen erfolgen ab Werk Bad Salzuflen durch UPS oder Spedition (wir wählen den günstigsten Versandweg für Sie).
Preise
Die im Katalog angegebenen Preise gelten bis zum Erscheinen einer neuen Preisliste. Die bisherigen Preise verlieren
hiermit Ihre Gültigkeit. Alle Preise zzgl. der gesetzlichen Mwst.
Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung das Eigentum des Verkäufers. Der Käufer darf die Ware an
Dritte unter Abtretung seiner Forderung verkaufen und ist zum Inkasso bevollmächtigt.
Garantieausschluss
Für die von uns gelieferte Ware übernehmen wir keine Garantie, wenn diese von Ihnen nachträglich veredelt wird und
lehnen jegliche Reklamationen ab.
Reklamationen
Reklamationen von neutraler und veredelter Ware müssen innerhalb 1 Woche schriftlich gemeldet werden. Später erhobene Mängel werden nicht anerkannt, es sei denn, es handelt sich um verdeckte Mängel, die zu einem späteren
Zeitpunkt entdeckt werden.
Schadensersatz
Beschädigte oder nicht vollzählige Sendungen oder Pakete sind sofort beim Beförderer zu beanstanden und von diesem
sind Fehlmengen bzw. Beschädigungen sofort zu bestätigen. Schadensersatzansprüche werden von uns geltend
gemacht, sofern es sich hier um transportversicherte Sendungen handelt.
Der Käufer erhält nach Eingang der Bestätigung über Beschädigung, Inhaltsverminderung oder Verlust von uns eine
Gutschrift, soweit die Transportversicherung Ersatz leistet oder Ersatz von dritter Stelle zu erlangen ist. Die Geltendmachung der Ersatzansprüche bei Transportansprüchen jeglicher Art für Sendungen, die nicht von uns transportversichert sind, obliegt dem Käufer.
Fertigung/Bedruckung
Geringe Artikeländerungen und Farbabweichungen sind aus fertigungs-technischen Gründen nicht auszuschließen.
Mehr- oder Minderlieferungen bis zu 5 % der bestellten Menge behalten wir uns für Sonderanfertigungen und
Aufträgen mit Werbeanbringungen vor. Leichte Farbunterschiede zwischen den Katalogabbildungen und den
Originalartikeln sind möglich.
Zahlungsbedingungen
Unsere Zahlungskonditionen sind 10 Tage – 2 % Skonto, 30 Tage – rein Netto. Bei Neukunden behalten wir uns das
Recht der Nachnahme-Lieferung bzw. der Vorkasse mit 3 % Skonto vor. Lieferungen ins Ausland erfolgen ausschließlich
nur gegen Vorkasse mit 3 % Skonto.
Bei nicht vertragsmäßiger Zahlung entsteht ohne Mahnung ein Verzug des Käufers. Ein Verzug tritt spätestens 30 Tage
ab Rechnungserhalt bzw. einer sonstigen Zahlungs-Aufforderung ein. Unabhängig von der Geltendmachung eines weiteren Schadens sind wir berechtigt, Mahngebühren in Höhe von EUR 5,00 sowie Verzugszinsen in Höhe von 5 % über
dem jeweiligen Diskontsatz der Deutschen Bundesbank vom Fälligkeitstage an zu berechnen.
Erfolgt die Zahlung des Rechnungsbetrages in mehreren Teilzahlungen, so wird die gesamte Forderung fällig, wenn der
Käufer mit einer Teilzahlung in Verzug gerät. Im Verzugsfalle sind wir berechtigt, weitere Lieferungen zu verweigern.
Sind mehrere Forderungen gegen den Käufer offen und lässt sich die Zahlung nicht eindeutig einer Forderung zuordnen, so bestimmen wir die Anrechnung der Zahlung auf die einzelnen Forderungen.
Gerichtsstand
Gerichtsstand Lemgo. Es gilt deutsches Recht als vereinbart.

Delivery condition
Deliveries ex factory Bad Salzufen by UPS or carrier (we will select the most cost-effective shipping method for you).
Costs
The prices indicated in the catalogue will be valid until the publication of a new price-list, whereby the previous prices become
invalid. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods delivered remain the property of the vendor until complete payment has been received. The purchaser can sell the
goods to third parties and transfer its claim, and is entitled to collection.
Warranty exclusions
Complaint
Complaints about neutral and refined goods must be made in writing within 1 week. Any faults detected later shall not be
acknowledged unless they are concealed faults which are discovered at a later date.
Compensation for damages
Damaged or incomplete consignments or packages must be reported to the carrier pomptely and the carrier must confirm the
damage or missing quantities immediately. We shall only meet claims for compensation if the consignments are covered by
our transport insurance. On receipt of the confirmation of damage, reduced content or loss, we shall issue the purchaser with
a credit note providing the transport insurance is providing compensation or compensation is to be obtained from a third
party. The purchaser is responsible for asserting claims of any kind relating to transport for consignments for which we do not
have transport insurance.
Manufacturing / Printing
We cannot obviate changes in product details and colours slightly for technical production reasons. We reserve the right to
under- or overdeliver by up to 5 % of the quantity ordered for special orders and jobs requiring advertising placement. The
actual colour of the item may differ slightly from the catalogue pictures.
Terms of payment
Our payment terms are, within 10 days, 2 % discount, within 30 days net. We reserve the right to deliver the goods on a
c.o.d.-basis or against payment in advance less 3% discount to new customers. Deliveries to customers abroad will be carried
out only against payment in advance less 3% discount.
If payment is not received in accordance with the terms of the contract, the purchaser goes into arrears without a reminder.
Arrears occur no later than 30 days after receipt of the invoice or other demand for payment. Irrespective of the assertion of
further claims for damage, we are entitled to charge reminder fees amounting to EUR 5.00 plus interest on arrears amounting to 5 % above the discount rate set by the German Bundesbank as at the due date.
If the invoice amount is paid in multiple instalments, then the whole amount shall become due as soon as the purchaser goes
into arrears on a single instalment. In the event of arrears, we have the right to refuse further deliveries. If the purchaser has
multiple invoices open and the payment cannot clearly be assigned to a receivable, then we will set the payment off against
the individual payments.
Place of jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Lemgo. German law applies as agreed.
