A growing foreign company in Tokyo is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. This opportunity is
suited to someone with strong English language skills, detailed-oriented and a team player! Your duties will include:
Assisting the Legal Manager with corporate filings
Assisting with drafting legal documents and memorandum
Assisting with translating legal documents
Assisting with conducting due diligence investigations and legal research
Attending internal and external meetings to take memorandum of meetings
Following up and liaise with clients and regulatory bodies in general enquiries and project related issues

Bachelor’s degree in law (preferable)
Excellent translation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a demanding workload
Detail-oriented team player
Demonstrate the ability to manage and solve complex problems, establish priorities and organize work
Native level Japanese and fluent English
Be able to initiate work
Minimum of 2 years paralegal experience
