Parisa Tabriz (パリサ・タブリズ）女史
Google のセキュリティチームで「雇われハッカー」（ソフトウェアエンジニア）として活動を始め、
約 10 年に渡り Google にて情報セキュリティに携わる。エンジニアとして日々、グーグルのウェ
ブアプリケーションの脆弱性を発見・修復し、他のエンジニアへの教育にも取り組む。
現在、パリサは Google の Chrome（クローム）セキュリティエンジニアリングチームを統括し、
クロームを最も安全なブラウザとしユーザーが安全にウェブを活用できるように取り組んでいる。
2012 年には Forbes のテクノロジー分野における 30 歳以下のパイオニア 30 人に選出され、
同年、ELLE や Wired 誌上に単独で取り上げられている。2014 年には休暇を活用しホワイトハ
ウスの米国デジタルサービスプロジェクトに参画し、政府のテクノロジーセキュリティ向上に取り
組んだ。ハッキングをしていない時は、美術や料理などのものづくりや、シリコンバレーを抜け
出し、ハイキングやロッククライミングを楽しんでいる。

Lecturer： Google’s “Security Princess” Parisa Tabriz
Parisa Tabriz is Google's "Security Princess" - that's her real job title! She has worked on
information security at Google for almost a decade, starting as a "hired hacker" software
engineer for Google's security team. As an engineer, she found and closed security holes in
Google's web applications, and taught other engineers how to do the same. Today, Parisa
manages Google's Chrome security engineering team, whose goal is to make Chrome the most
secure browser and keep users safe as they surf the web. In 2012, she was selected by Forbes
as one of the 30 under 30 pioneers in technology and has the rare distinction of being profiled by
both ELLE and Wired in the same year. In 2014, she used her vacation to work with the White
House U.S. Digital Service to enhance security of government technology. When she's not
hacking, she likes to make things (art, food, miscellaneous DIY projects) or escape Silicon Valley
to go hiking and rock climbing in the mountains.
