Bei Bürocontainern, Zelten, etc. kann es je nach Nutzung, Beschaffenheit und
Standort erforderlich werden, diese mit Löschmittel und Rauchmeldern
(aufgeschaltet auf die Brandmeldeanlage der Koelnmesse) auszustatten.
Die Kosten pro Stellplatz werden ca. 6 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn im
Verkehrsleitfaden auf der Homepage der jeweiligen Veranstaltung bekannt
gegeben.

For containers, tents etc. according to usage, condition and location it might
be necessary to equip those with extinguishing agents and smoke detectors
(connected to the fire alarm system of Koelnmesse). The cost per parking
space will be announced approx. 6 weeks before the event begins in the traffic

Stellplatz externe Müllentsorgung 5-36 m³.
– Die Stellplatzgebühr pro Entsorgungscontainer beträgt €1000,00
zzgl.19% MwST.
– der Entsorgungscontainer ist (wenn oben offen) während der
gesamten Standzeit abzudecken.
– Abholung des Entsorgungscontainers am letzten Aufbautag bis
20:00 Uhr (bei Nichteinhaltung erfolgt kostenpflichtige Umsetzung
durch Koelnmesse).
– Aufstellen des Entsorgungscontainers für den Abbau am letzten
Messetag 1 Stunde vor Veranstaltungsende.
Für diese Bestellung gilt bzw. gelten:
• Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Koelnmesse Gruppe
für Serviceleistungen
• Die nachstehenden Bestellinformationen – Seite T.24/2.
• Die Auftragserteilung erfolgt im Namen und für Rechnung des o.a. Ausstellers;
der Unterzeichner versichert, zur Auftragserteilung entsprechend bevollmächtigt zu sein. Leistungsempfänger ist gemäß den Allgemeinen Bedingungen der
Koelnmesse GmbH für Serviceleistungen immer der Aussteller. Dieser erhält
vom Unterzeichner eine Kopie dieser Bestellung. Die Rechnungsstellung an
eine abweichende Rechnungsanschrift ist möglich.
Sämtliche Bedingungen können bei der Koelnmesse (+49 221 821-3998)
angefordert werden. Die Bedingungen stehen darüber hinaus über
www.koelnmesse-service-portal.de als Download zur Verfügung.
– Rental fee for parking place waiste container costs €1000,00 plus
19%VAT.
– The waste containers must be covered (if it´s open above) throughout
whole the rental time.
– The waste container has to be removed until 8:00 pm on the last day of
construction ( in case of failure to comply Koelnmesse will operate at
your expenses).
– The waste container will be placed one hour before dismantling starts
on the last day of the trade fair.
This order is subject to:
• The Koelnmesse Group General Terms and Conditions for services
• The following order information – Page T.24/2.
• The order is placed in the name of the aforementioned exhibitor and invoiced
to the exhibitor's account; the signatory party affirms that he or she is duly authorized to place the order. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of
Koelnmesse GmbH for services, the recipient of services is in all cases the exhibitor.
The exhibitor receives a copy of this order from the signatory party. It is permissible
for the invoice to be sent to a third party.

앫Bestellung: bis Messebeginn.
앫Die Stellplätze werden im Rahmen der gegebenen Parkmöglichkeiten
in Hallen- bzw. Standnähe zugeteilt. Es steht nur ein begrenztes
Kontingent an Stellplätzen zur Verfügung. Anspruch auf einen bestimmten Stellplatz besteht nicht.
앫Der Versand der Stellplatzgenehmigung erfolgt ab ca. 4 Wochen vor
Veranstaltungsbeginn per E-Mail.
앫Die Kosten pro Stellplatz werden ca. 6 Wochen vor Veranstaltungsbeginn im Verkehrsleitfaden auf der Homepage der jeweiligen Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben.
앫Die im Verkehrsleitfaden genannten Preise sind Nettopreise. Zusätzlich
wird die Mehrwertsteuer mit dem jeweils gütligen Satz berechnet.
앫Das Parken von Lastkraftwagen und Werbefahrzeugen auf dem
Messegelände ist ohne vorherige Genehmigung nicht gestattet.
Fahrzeuge, die widerrechtlich abgestellt werden oder die Sicherheit
des Verkehrs behindern, werden auf Gefahr und Kosten des Fahrzeughalters abgeschleppt. Die Lagerung von Gefahrgut in Fahrzeugen und
Containern aller Art auf dem Messegelände ist generell untersagt.
앫Mietcontainer können auf Anfrage bei den Vertragsspediteuren der
Koelnmesse gegen Gebühr angemietet werden (Formular T.18).
Die Anmietung von Containern über die Vertragsspediteure der
Koelnmesse entbindet nicht von der Beantragung des Stellplatzes
mit diesem Formular und von der für die jeweilige Veranstaltung zu
entrichtende Stellplatzgebühr.
앫Die Fläche für einen Lkw-Stellpatz beträgt ca. 2,50 x 8 m (Breite x
Länge). Fahrzeuge mit einer Gesamtlänge von über 8 m müssen entsprechend 2 Stellplätze bestellen.
앫Your order: before the start of the fair.
앫The prices given in the traffic guidelines are net prices. The VAT
applicable in each case will be added to the price.
앫Parking permits will be sent out by e-mail up to approximately 4 weeks
before the event begins.
앫Parking spaces will be allocated in line with the options available
close to the halls/stands. The number of parking spaces is limited.
Exhibitors do not have a claim to a specific parking space. Parking
permits will be sent out by e-mail up to approx. 1 week before the
event begins.
앫The costs per parking space will be announced approx. 6 weeks before the
event begins in the traffic guidelines section of the trade fair website.
앫Trucks and advertising vehicles may not be parked on the trade fair
grounds without prior permission. Vehicles that are parked illegally or
that endanger traffic safety will be towed away at the risk and cost of
the vehicle owner. Hazardous goods may not be stored in vehicles or
containers of any kind on the trade fair grounds.
앫On request, containers can be hired for a fee from the forwarding
agent contracted by Koelnmesse (Form T.18). Hiring containers from
the forwarding agent contracted by Koelnmesse does not release the
exhibitor from the obligation to order the parking space using this
form, or from paying the parking space fee for the event in question.
앫The parking space for trucks is approx. 2.5 x 8 m (width x length). Users
of vehicles with a total length of more than 8 m must therefore reserve
two parking spaces.
