募集要項
主なる職務内容：
✓顧客からの入金をAR サブレジャーアカウント（売掛金補助元帳）へ割り当てる
✓顧客や営業部門に対して連絡を取り、売掛金回収の管理を行う
✓月次売掛金年次表を作成し、貸倒金の特定を行う
✓月次の売掛金回収期間（DSO）レポートの作成を行う

✓日次の現金管理レポートを作成する
✓顧客からの前受金の処理を行う
✓その他の売掛金に関する管理業務の遂行
✓１－２名のスタッフのスーパーバイズ
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To record the receipts from customers into accounting/booking systems.
To allocate customer receipts to relevant customer ledgers.
To control cash collections by communicating with the customers and sales departments.
To provide customers with accurate and prompt responses to any queries.
To update & print all invoices in the accounting/booking systems and Web.
To process Corporate Credit Card purchases (receipts from sales).
To issue credit notes.
To prepare monthly AR aging report & bad debt analysis.
To prepare monthly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) Report.
To prepare Daily Cash Position report.
To manage deposits received from customers.
To update and maintain customer master data in the accounting systems.
To manage cash receipts in foreign currencies.
To assist AR & AP Supervisor as and when required.
To prepare monthly AR statements.
To manage one or two staff
スキル・資格
求められるスキルと能力
エクセルの中級レベル
5年以上の売掛金管理の経験
初級から中級レベルの英語力
分析力、問題解決力、判断力
優れた顧客サービス
顧客や同僚との優れたコミュニケーション（口頭及び、文書）
柔軟性があり変化に対応できる方
主体的に仕事に取り組み、締め切りを管理し、スピード感のある環境で働くことができる方
ERP システムの経験があれば尚可
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
MS Excel intermediate to advanced proficiency
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
Basic to Intermediate level English expected
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter who is able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of AR related work processes
Previous experience with ERP systems for AR (Microsoft Dynamics AX system is a plus).
