The foreigner who fulfills the following conditions
・ Participant and his or her parents do not have Japanese nationality.
・ Junior high school students plus

Please fill in the application form and apply to the office of Fuchu
International Relations Association by postal mailing or facsimile
from Sat. October 1 through Tue. November 22. （ In the case of many
applicants, we will accept the first 5 persons who respond ）
Prize:
A certificate of merit and a prize are awarded to the top ranking speakers.
All participants will receive a small present for participation.
Simultaneous event：The English recitation contest by the junior high school students
